We follow the same off-days as the Kuching Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCCI). Our office will be closed on public holidays and special observances recognized by KCCCI.

3. What should I do if I need urgent assistance during an off-day?

4. Will scheduled maintenance or installation be affected by off-days?

If your maintenance or installation date falls on an off-day, we will reschedule to the next available working day. Our team will notify you in advance to confirm the new schedule.

5. Do you provide services on off-days or public holidays?

Yes, we can arrange services during off-days upon special request, subject to additional charges. Please contact us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

6. Will your customer service be available on off-days?
